Manager, International Engagement and Communication

As the Manager, International Engagement and Communication, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic and Operational management to a student engagement, and a marketing and Communications team.
- Lead the development of annual marketing and Communications plans, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Set annual marketing budgets, and manage monthly reconciliations to ensure marketing spend aligns to plan.
- Lead the development and implementation of policy and procedure review as they relate to student engagement, marketing and Communications.
- Ensure high quality service provision of international student support and engagement teams, from commencement of study to graduation and beyond.
- Contribute to state-wide networks as they relation to marketing and student engagement, maintaining strong professional relationships across the organisation and external networks as appropriate.
- Collaborate with recruitment and business development teams to ensure the cohesive implementation and delivery against plans to achieve the organisation International KPIs and revenue targets.
