• Accountable for ensuring that IPNE projects and programs are managed within agreed timeframes and budgets and that issues are identified and shared in a timely manager. The portfolio consists of approximately 20 projects.
• Responsible for setting and optimising the processes used within the team and aligning these with the processes used by other groups within Networks.
• Identify and implement automation and process optimisations to reduce project duration and cost of managing the projects
• Provide leadership, direction, enablement of knowledge and skill development of people within the team.
• Creation and management and oversight of work package contracts with suppliers for the delivery of additional project management capability.
• Ensuring that regular, timely and accurate project reporting is provided to senior management and stakeholders .
• Consolidation of planned IPNE PTW for presentation to the Senior Leadership team.

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. bachelor degree or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in telecommunications or related, relevant environment
• Experiencing in managing people and teams to deliver lasting and positive outcomes.
• Superior professional, communication and technical skills, and the ability to work in a sophisticated matrix.
• Understanding of processes for project and program management
• administration and organisational skills and experience
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and decisiveness
• Be conversant with the workflows, databases and procedures required to effectively manage programs
