This company is a global bank and the role is within the Wealth Management business, which services individuals, families and institutions investing in both domestic and international markets.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing a KYC Periodic Review Remediation Project, including the process governance, providing Management Information to senior stakeholders, and implementing the project framework. The role will support the Project Manager for Client Lifecycle Management and will be conducting first line control checks and providing frontline support to address queries about KYC requirements.
• Supporting the wider team conducting system data and documentation checks
• Assess AML risk scenarios and escalate to Global Financial Crime where appropriate
• Arrange and assist with maintenance of client accounts and records, in line with current AML/CTF, KYC Regulations
• Respond timely to frontline queries on process and account specific documentation / information requirements
• Uplift and maintaining checklists and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar
• KYC experience with various entities such as Trusts or Client Onboarding and Post onboarding experience
• Strong CLM KYC knowledge, with experience conducting client account onboarding or KYC Periodic Review within banking
• Strong communication skills to effectively deal with stakeholders
• Self-motivated, quick learner and enthusiastic
