The Role
Bega Group is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our Organisational Development team within the wider People and Capability team.
In this role, you will have the scope to truly make an impact. You will oversee, advise, and support our workforce's Learning and professional development, ensuring their skills and capabilities align seamlessly with our organisation's requirements and goals.
This role operates in hybrid model- mix between our office in Docklands, 3008 and work from home.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the People and Capability team and business leaders to develop and implement Learning and Development strategies, leveraging data insights to address competency gaps and align on learning solutions.
- Craft dynamic learning programs for flexible delivery blending workshops, online modules, videos, and webinars to empower Bega Group's present and future workforce, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the learner experience, integrating learning seamlessly into everyday operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop strategic partnerships with external vendors to curate and deliver up-to-date content and resources, ensuring engaging learning experiences that drive meaningful learner engagement and skill acquisition.
- Offer personalised guidance and options for learning interventions, catering to specific capability needs and addressing ad hoc training requirements to nurture a skilled and adaptable workforce.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Similar experience in a Learning and Development Specialist role gained in a large organisation.
- A solid experience in a generalist P&C business partnering role, will be advantageous.
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create impactful training materials.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
