Leading a team of 2, the role works closely with other key functions across the Media, Marketing and broader Customer department with the goal of driving new customer acquisition/reactivations, and re-engaging existing customers across social channels. The role also seeks to future proof tracking and optimisation tools to ensure best in class campaign execution and measurement capability.Responsibilities Include:
- Providing input as part of the Media ELT in formulating and executing the Media Team's strategy
- Produce and communicate the Social Media Performance strategy, delivering on Sportsbet and Media Team objectives spanning new customer acquisition, reactivation and retention
- Develop and communicate the Social Media Tech strategy, to enable best in class social campaign execution, attribution and optimisation
- Create and implement processes to leverage media and tech partners for resource and operational efficiencies.
- Uncover new and innovative ways to drive customer acquisition, reactivation and retention, through stress testing our Performance media mix, and challenging our people to think differently.
- Ability to make key strategic decisions with the customer base and behaviours as a fundamental input.
- Story-tell the role and impact of Social Performance and Tech across the business, and mobilise support from key stakeholders across MarTech, Commercial Analytics, Customer Engagement and Data Platforms
