The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) lead the sustainable development of Western Australia’s regions and agriculture, aquaculture, food and fisheries sectors. About the opportunity
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic individual to spearhead our Licensing and Registration section.
You will drive the delivery of fisheries licensing services for the Department, managing resources efficiently to meet organisational outcomes. Your role involves coordinating strategies, developing policies and reviewing fees to enhance commercial and recreational licensing services. You will be a key liaison with stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring compliance legislative requirements. With active input into team plans and a commitment to quality management, you will represent the Department in meetings and contribute to the sustainable management of our fish and aquatic resources.
