Computer One is an established player in  the ICT industry. We provide a full spectrum of services: Managed Services, Project Services, Voice and Data Solutions, Hosted Infrastructure, Application Development, Managed Security Services and much more.

We're a growing company with a strong history in IT for Mining, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Professional Services and Retail.

We're looking for a new player to join our expanding Brisbane team in a Sales Support role.

Here's a quick snapshot of your duties:

1. Support the Sales Team with proposals, procurement and customer communications
2. Inside Sales: Work with vendors and existing clients optimise on asset management and renewal.
3. Support the Marketing Team with social media, organising events and general marketing activity
4. Support the Service Delivery Team with customer communication, preparation of reports, and general activity.
5. Participate in company events with clients and prospects

You must have excellent written and verbal communication and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and support others in that endeavour.  

Your attention to detail must be superb.  Yours is a pivotal position for client satisfaction – get it right and clients will be delighted.

Ideally, we need someone who understands computer hardware and software, so if you have a background in a similar industry it will be beneficial to your application.

The most important thing you can bring is a "can do" and "get it done" attitude.  We're looking for someone where nothing is too much trouble.

Remuneration: We're offering a starting package between $65,000 and $85,000 plus superannuation depending on your experience and performance in the first 12 months.
