We're looking for a new player to join our expanding Brisbane team in a Sales Support role.
What does the position do?Here's a quick snapshot of your duties:
- Support the Sales Team with proposals, procurement and customer communications
- Inside Sales: Work with vendors and existing clients optimise on asset management and renewal.
- Support the Marketing Team with social media, organising events and general marketing activity
- Support the Service Delivery Team with customer communication, preparation of reports, and general activity.
- Participate in company events with clients and prospects
You must have excellent written and verbal communication and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and support others in that endeavour.
Your attention to detail must be superb. Yours is a pivotal position for client satisfaction – get it right and clients will be delighted.
Ideally, we need someone who understands computer hardware and software, so if you have a background in a similar industry it will be beneficial to your application.
How will you be successful in the position?The most important thing you can bring is a "can do" and "get it done" attitude. We're looking for someone where nothing is too much trouble.
