We have a steady stream of leads fueled by GJ's National Advertising Campaigns and massive brand awareness. We also proactively market and promote throughout our local area.
Reporting to the Franchisee and General Manager, you will seek out new opportunities as well as manage existing clients. You will also have a stream of existing leads to be nurtured in various stages through the process so you are not starting from scratch!
GJ Gardner is a company that is ready to provide you with all the tools and support you need to succeed.
Essential criteria
- Track record of achieving sales targets, showing the ability to self-promote and close deals.
- History of providing customers with a first-class service and sales experience throughout the whole process.
- Highly effective communication and note taking skills.
- Capacity to use computer systems and data bases. Training will be provided in our systems but general computer knowledge is expected.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and happy demeanor.
If you have experience selling for a new home developer/construction company and can read plans then that will be very highly regarded.
