Manager - Occupational Therapy

We're on the lookout for a passionate individual to lead a Occupational Therapy team to success. As the Manager for Occupational Therapy, you'll blend clinical expertise with managerial finesse to drive excellence within our team.

• Deliver top-notch therapy to children and adolescents while leading and supporting this Occupational Therapy team.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and aims.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
• Engage with stakeholders and communities to build lasting relationships and support our clients effectively.
• Play a crucial role in our business operations, from recruitment to performance management.

What We Need:

• Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
