About us

No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

About the role

The Manager, Office of the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the CEO, Board, Executive Team and broader organisation. The role ensures smooth operation of governance functions and senior decision-making processes through; the provision of high quality and timely information and reports, meeting and event management, development, implementation and review of efficient and effective office management and communication systems, comprehensive knowledge management, diary and stakeholder management.

About you:

• You are truly gifted all-rounder. You are terrific in organising people, events and competing demands. You are a talented writer, editor and proof-reader who can prepare board reports, minutes and emails designed with the audience in mind.

• You embrace technology software and applications. You are naturally skilled at exploring and learning new ways of working smarter not harder

• You are a skilled ‘people person’. Able to engage with people from all walks of life and ensure they are treated with warmth, professionalism and respect.

• With a passion for process, your confidentiality, integrity and professionalism will ensure you are trusted by all. You are incredibly efficient and a great organiser. You are an energetic problem solver and solution seeker, always looking for ways to pitch in and contribute to the smooth running of a high performing organisation with a vital social purpose.

• You have several years of experience in managing multiple demands simultaneously in a busy administrative and/or executive support role.
