We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Organisational Resilience to become a trusted member of the Quality, Risk and Assurance group and credible presence within the wider organisation. The Quality, Risk and Assurance group provides risk, insurance and compliance advisory services, quality assurance and quality systems advisory services, and assurances services to the Board, CEO, Executive and Management of genU and its related entities. As the Manager Organisational Resilience, you will be responsible for the leadership, development and implementation of best practice crisis, business continuity and critical incident management across genU. This role will champion and drive a safe and sustainable work environment where risks are managed and genU employees and clients are "All Safe, All the Time". Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; Lead continuous development and delivery of robust emergency management and Organisational Resilience strategies; Provide coaching, advice, training and consultation to stakeholders regarding Organisational Resilience capabilities; Implement easy to use tools, templates and techniques to increase and sustain Organisational Resilience capability, understanding and ability to respond/recover; Partner closely with key stakeholders to support programs of work that enhance employee, client and volunteer safety. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity - we are open to discussion about flexible working arrangements to meet your needs. We are looking for an expert in the field who has a consultative approach and can engage with genU's diverse range of services and stakeholders. You will have a genuine passion for emergency management and the health, safety and wellbeing of our personnel. Our ideal Manager Organisational Resilience will be able to demonstrate the following: 5 years’ plus experience in Business Resilience, Emergency Management, Business Continuity Management, Risk Management and/ or similar field; Expert knowledge of risk management, risk standards and assessment techniques (including ISO3100:2018); Experience in business continuity planning incl risk assessments, business impact analysis and plan creation; Ability to facilitate and conduct risk assessments, training programs and scenarios testing; Ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; Ability to interpret relevant Work Health Safety, Risk and Environmental legislation across all Australian states and territories and applicable Australian Standards relating to Risk Management, Emergency Management, Quality and Compliance; Experience of success working across complex organisations with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication techniques; Excellent communication skills, both oral and written including a demonstrated ability to producing quality reports, procedures and training material.
