Be responsible for the design and delivery of professional development initiatives across Federation TAFE.

Full-time, fixed-term appointment for 12 months
HEW 7 - $94,535 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuation

About the role
You will drive the development of Digital and Online learning content for Federation TAFE programs, working with Program Managers and subject matter experts to develop these online and blended learning experiences.
You will:
contribute to the development of VET standard and visual approaches for online materials
coordinate blended and online resource development projects including advice on video, audio and communication design
work with program areas to identify opportunities to improve learning and teaching resources
About you
You will understand contemporary educational design principles and pedagogies relevant to blended, digital and online learning particularly in the VET sector, ASQA and HESG compliance and associated requirements. You will have demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communications skills and an ability to relate well to students and other University staff.
You will possess:
expertise in designing learning resources and assessments;
ability to work with VET teachers to promote the adoption of appropriate pedagogies for blended, digital and online learning;
ability to develop VET assessment tools and understanding of the complexity of delivery methods in the Centre for Learner Excellence across a broad range of industry areas; and
ability to coordinate projects and meet project timelines.
