The team delivers this through high quality participant service for all enquiries and supports programs in a triaged/tiered approach across all offerings and sites to ensure an optimal learning experience.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The focus of this role is to lead a high performing PPS team. The team is responsible for the scheduling of current and future programs to ensure a coherent course schedule - including over multiple years - that meets the needs of our clients and acquits our participation-related key performance indicators. This role leads the unit to deliver high-quality customer service across the organisation (across all sites and online). It defines consistent ways of working for all teams. The manager is responsible for brokering the unit's resources into program management teams to support consistent, flexible, and efficient program delivery as the course schedule progresses throughout the year.This position requires the successful applicant to demonstrate, and drive evidenced informed practice and thought leadership in participant management. This will ensure the Academy delivers on its objectives and functions. The PPS team will use a quality management driven approach in end-to-end participant engagement and participant data management. It will work collaboratively with partners to identify participant needs.Key accountabilities for this role include:
