Due to the organisations growth, a newly created position has emerged for a highly qualified People and Culture Manager to join their team. With a workforce of around 60 employees, this pivotal role will report directly to the Head of People and CEO Office.
About the Role
This individual will play a crucial role in fostering positive employee relations, nurturing a thriving organisational culture, conducting insightful employee
engagement surveys, and managing remuneration and benefits programs.
By effectively managing these aspects, the People and Culture Manager will contribute to the overall success and growth of the agency.
They will report and work closely with the Head of People and CEO Office, ensuring that the organisation's human resources strategies align with its strategic objectives and contribute to the company's continued success.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set as a broad HR generalist, with a particular focus on Employee Relations, Culture, Employee Engagement Surveys, and Remuneration and Benefits.
