The position is responsible for supporting a positive quality improvement culture, underpinned by effective governance of Quality, Risk, Safety and compliance Management Frameworks. The position manages and monitors accreditation cycles within Health, Family and Corporate services. Accreditations include, but are not limited to, Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL), Quality Innovation and Performance (QIP), QIC Health and Community Services (QIC) and Human Services Standards (HSS). This position will lead continuous quality improvement processes using a change management approach. This role will be the lead in the MDAS policy and procedure framework development and management.
Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrate expertise in continuous quality improvement processes including change and project management.
Demonstrated experience in the successful planning and implementation of quality, safety, and risk management systems.
Ability to collect, analyse and identify themes related to Quality and safety within MDAS and facilitate actions to address identified issues.
Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to coordinate work efficiently and effectively across all MDAS locations.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve, developing a solutions-based process. Ability to use problem solving skills to develop systems throughout the organisation to meet compliance needs and internal / external stakeholder needs.

Qualification/s:
Tertiary qualifications relevant to role, this may include Diploma of quality auditing and business compliance.
