About you:
My clients’ brief is to find an experienced aged care nurse with extensive clinical skills and knowledge. Preferably you will also have been employed in the quality and compliance space in the sector, but full training will be provided if not. You need to be a collaborative team player and be able to think strategically around clinical issues and solutions.
You will have experience at managerial level in aged care and more importantly a passion for ensuring outstanding care is delivered to their precious residents.
You will have:
- A minimum of two years senior clinical experience in aged care
- Understanding and aptitude towards continuous improvement
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Sound technical skills including familiarity with the use of clinical systems
- Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
- Full vaccinations
