The Opportunity The Manager Reportable Conduct  provides strategic leadership to and management of Communities obligations under the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971.

 This role manages the Reportable Conduct team by ensuring appropriate staffing, work allocation and achievement of required outcomes, developing appropriate strategies, practices and policies to facilitate the achievement of Departmental objectives, and establishing a service delivery culture, standards and style that are based upon honouring commitments, fostering team spirit and building relationships The attached Job Description Form (JDF) provides more information about the position. You must have a Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, or relevant human services area to be eligible for this position.  All overseas qualifications must be assessed for Australian equivalency.
