The Everyday Banking product team within the Retail Bank are focussed on profitably growing our everyday accounts, deposits and shopping portfolios. We aim to make things simple & easy so that our customers receive the best experience and want to do more business with us. Within the Deposits Product team, our responsibilities include the strategy, product design, development, pricing, risk, and day to day management of the Deposit suite of products

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings, enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, risk and technology to develop and execute strategies that ensure the success of our savings products.
You will be involved in developing and implementing product strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business targets along with management of operational risk and simplification of product processes.
With innovation at the forefront this is a fascinating time to be joining the largest deposit franchise in the country, the agenda is both expansive and exciting - covering tech, transformation and process re-design.
More specifically you will:
Support the Senior Product Manager to define the strategic product roadmap for deposit products and execute those effectively
Identify, develop and drive product and process development opportunities that are customer centric and drive productivity throughout the portfolio
Understand our risks and develop solutions to reduce and control them
End to end management of deposit products
Support and drive initiatives required in the wider Deposit team when required
Build strong networks and collaborative teams across key stakeholders
Support key technology stakeholders to create exciting new experiences for deposit customers

Previous Product Management or Financial Services experience
Proven track record of performance and delivery with a high degree of integrity and judgement
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a high level of commercial acumen
Strong Communication and Influencing skills
Tertiary qualification in a Business / Commerce Degree
