Job description:
The Manager Strategy and Operations is a senior management position, leading the business operations of the Office of the Valuer-General (OVG). The role develops and leads the implementation of divisional strategic plans, programs and projects to guide the business of the OVG.

73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).

Duties
The Manager Strategy and Operations is a senior management position, leading the business operations of the Office of the Valuer-General (OVG). The role develops and leads the implementation of divisional strategic plans, programs and projects to guide the business of the OVG.
The role provides strategic direction and operational advice to support the Valuer-General’s statutory functions and provides specialist, strategic advice to the Secretary and Departmental executives on a range of complex matters.
Desirable Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience delivering high level business management strategies, policy outcomes, strategic planning or performance improvement within a complex, sensitive and high-volume environment with strong writing skills.
