The Strategy & Performance Technology Supplier Governance team provides guidance and support to the Technology Business throughout through all stages of the supplier relationship. Our role is to navigate the complex processes across the Group, provide support and adhere to policies and procedures, and facilitate commercial approvals.
We partner with all corners of the Technology business, Group Risk, Finance, and Group Procurement to support the negotiation and approval of Technology commercial requests. We ensure Delegation of Authority is managed and adhered to, protecting end users and the Group.
Your Impact:
As the Manager Supplier Governance, you will support the group supplier lifecycle process by ensuring strong stakeholder management across Technology, other CBA Support units and ASP Vendors whilst focusing on continuous improvement, ensuring governance capabilities are upheld.
This is achieved by application of the Supplier Governance Framework and the control environment in which it operates, as well as the timely reporting of Supplier related matters to Business Owners and senior management.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Provide support to Technology’s ASP (Application Service Provider) Business Owners as the Business Owner Delegate.
Governance of Technology ASP suppliers across all stages of the supplier lifecycle.
Monitoring of ASP supplier performance.
Coordinate and manage the commercial and risk activities for Technology ASP contracts such that the Bank is not exposed to risk arising from expired or changed arrangements
Monitoring and governance of ASP Supplier obligations including controls, SLAs and incidents.
Attend and contribute to ASP Supplier Governance meetings.
Work with Relationship Management team to streamline ASP performance monitoring via governance meetings and reporting.
Liaise with relevant teams to understand and deliver group initiatives including framework related changes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Technology Business, ASP Vendors and the wider Group.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Experience in Supplier Governance, Vendor Management with knowledge across Supplier Governance and Frameworks.
Knowledge and understanding of Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks.
Ability to think critically and analytically and use data driven insights to solve problems.
Extensive experience in banking/financial services/other relevant experience.
Confident presentation skills with ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences.
Ability to form strong working relationships and influence senior people through clear and well-articulated points of view.
