- System Utilisation: Leverage Supply Chain management systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure systems are used optimally to support operational goals.
- Process Standardisation: Develop, implement, and maintain standardised processes across the regional Supply Chain operations to enhance consistency, reduce variability, and improve overall performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all Supply Chain operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Implement and monitor compliance programs to mitigate risks.
- Business Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive business reports to support data-driven decision making. Analyse Supply Chain data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. Identify and implement best practices to enhance Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of Supply Chain activities with business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure Supply Chain performance. Use KPIs to guide decision making and drive improvements.
- Project Management: Manage and execute Supply Chain improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain management, with a focus on business improvement and optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain management systems and software.
- Proven experience in process standardization, compliance, and business reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
