Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking suitably experienced and dynamic candidates for the role of Manager System-Wide Industrial Relations. The successful applicants will be responsible for managing the system-Wide Industrial Relations team in the provision of high-quality workplace and Industrial Relations for the WA health system.
The position ensures strategic and timely Industrial Relations advice is provided and manages complex and high-risk workplace and Industrial Relations issues while ensuring compliance with the direction for the WA health system.
The position is also responsible for assisting in the management, on behalf of the WA health system, the negotiation and registration of industrial instruments, modernisation and maintenance of health specific industrial awards, monitoring and evaluating the WA health system Industrial Relations environment and supporting the delivery of system-wide reform.
