Tasks & Responsibilities 

National Systems Training Manager to establish a nationwide training function to support local SMEs in the consistent and monitored delivery of training to new and existing users for the purpose of aligning behaviours and conformance nationally.

• Develop and execute training strategies and programs for our core processes and applications, catering to employees in various roles and learning preferences.
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning requirements at branch and role level
• Develop customised training modules including user manuals, guides, presentations, and online resources.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in- person (on site across Australia) and virtually.
• Coach business SMEs to deliver effective training and onboarding where a ‘train the trainer’ model is utilised. Ensure business SMEs are regularly engaged to provide support and guidance where needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as participant and manager feedback and performance indicators and action accordingly.
• Reviewing existing training programs, recommending/implementing enhancements or modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention, and/or to meet the changing needs of staff and the industry

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation, preferably in a multi-location or national capacity.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training technologies.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience developing training frameworks, structures and processes.
• An understanding of facilitation approaches which maximise learning and engagement.
• Experience in transport/logistics industry advantageous
