The opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, we are seeking an IT & Systems Manager to manage the Company’s IT function, including recommending IT solutions; installing and updating software; sourcing, servicing and maintaining hardware & equipment; providing education & training to users; strengthening cyber security measures; and being a champion for systems that will take our operations to the next level.
Partnering with key stakeholders, you will ensure the smooth running of the IT function by participating in open and constructive two-way communications. As someone familiar with contemporary IT solutions and best practice, you will drive innovation and identify opportunities for the Company to improve, whilst managing budget and spend for maximum ROI.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, software engineering information systems or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Knowledge of information security best practices.
- Financial acumen for budget development and management.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
At least 10 years of experience working in the IT or security fields with three to five years of experience in a management position (preferred but not essential)
