We seek to achieve this by delivering on our purpose of supporting our customers to provide excellent health care.Find out more about us Your new roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Manager - Process and System Assurance.This is a Permanent Full Time appointment.As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Workforce and Organisational Development Business Unit, the Manager Process and System Assurance is responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to support Employee Services (ES) and Payroll Services (PS), in respect of Process and System performance against regulatory requirements, standards and sector standards.
- Leads Assurance Compliance and Analytics (ACA), ES and PS in the adoption and implementation of policy and regulatory decisions in business processes and Systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements, standards and guidelines.
- Planning and undertaking system and process assurance reviews and providing advice to HSS leaders on emerging risks, compliance concerns or service delivery improvement opportunities.
- Leading and managing the pre-employment, and ongoing, screening and certification processes for all WA Health employees.
