Salary- Manage delivery of predominately valuation services for small to medium enterprises to large private companies, small high growth emerging companies and listed public companies
- Opportunity to manage the delivery of other corporate finance services including financial modelling and/or transaction services (due diligence)
- Assist the senior team members in preparing proposals, engagement letters, pitch documents and participating in other business development activities
- Perform desktop industry research, research on comparable companies and precedent transactions

- Experience in Corporate Finance primarily in the areas of Valuations
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills and experience in reviewing and/or building financial (three-way) models.
- Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience writing reports
