ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager Workforce Planning and Analytics has the responsibility to lead the development and delivery of detailed workforce analytics and workforce business intelligence initiatives to provide strategic advice to inform business decisions which support our workforce to deliver excellence in care. The position holder further advises and adheres to best practice standards and techniques in relations to workforce data to maximise positive business outcomes and meet data governance standards.

Please Note: This is a temporary full time position for up to two (2) years with possible extension.

ABOUT YOU
The NSW Ambulance vision of “Excellence in Care” resonates with you and aligns well to your personal values.
You are a strong communicator who knows how to develop trusted and influential relationships with key stakeholders. You are able to demonstrate highly proficient use of StaffLink Oracle or a similar complex HRIS system along with analytical skills in the development and interpretation of corporate reporting using Excel, Qlik, Power BI or other data analytic tools.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are well versed in the provision of accurate and timely reports related to workforce analytics. Your attention to detail and subject matter expertise when it comes Workforce Reporting is highly regarded.
