You will be working in a dynamic office culture with the flexibility of making the role your own as well as developing your skillset alongside the Project, Compliance and Finance team as the company undergoes ERP upgrades and process improvement. In this role, you will be managing a small payroll team of 3 with the following duties: End to end payroll duties for 3000+ pay runs Fortnightly salaried cycles Payroll compliance and legislation duties Award interpretations Assisting implementation and analytical assignments What you'll need to succeed Experience with major ERP payroll software Project driven and has exposure to implementations and upgrades Previous experience in high volume, end to end payroll environments Ability to be across and manage several EAs across numerous sites Relationship building Ability to be a team player Strong attention to detail and eagerness to be exposed to payroll project work What you'll get in return
