Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales, focusing on identifying and converting sales opportunities specifically in the fast-paced world of Hospitality, Leisure, and Entertainment, as well as managing existing client relationships. This position requires a strategic mindset and a demonstrated history of success in sales and Business Development within the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Business Development strategies to grow revenue and achieve sales targets in the labour hire sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and successful placement of candidates.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Participate in professional development to stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand and communicate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Skills and experience:
- Extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods.
- Strong understanding of labour hire services and workforce solutions.
- Preference given to recruitment connections and experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, Leisure and/or Gaming.
- Proven ability to network effectively and execute successful Business Development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Ability to work under pressure and bounce back from setbacks.
- A natural people person with strong influencing skills.
- Desire to develop professionally and grow within the company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
