Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales, focusing on identifying and converting sales opportunities specifically in the fast-paced world of Hospitality, Leisure, and Entertainment, as well as managing existing client relationships. This position requires a strategic mindset and a demonstrated history of success in sales and Business Development within the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Business Development strategies to grow revenue and achieve sales targets in the labour hire sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and successful placement of candidates.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Participate in professional development to stay informed on industry trends and market conditions. 
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand and communicate client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Skills and experience:

  • Extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods.
  • Strong understanding of labour hire services and workforce solutions.
  • Preference given to recruitment connections and experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, Leisure and/or Gaming.
  • Proven ability to network effectively and execute successful Business Development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Ability to work under pressure and bounce back from setbacks.
  • A natural people person with strong influencing skills.
  • Desire to develop professionally and grow within the company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
