ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Champ Group have an opportunity for a Service Administration Support Officer to fulfil a casual on-going role with our respected Client, based in Heatherbrae NSW. The role will be 22.5hrs per week flexible for the right candidate.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and submit job calculations & customer quotations for service work (Utilisation of SAP & Client portals)
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable to ensure prompt invoicing of customers
- Raising of purchase orders (Utilisation of SAP)
- Coordinate purchases required for Service team, including asset maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and databases for the service function of the business
- Enter timesheets for the service team as per client procedures (Utilisation of SAP)
- Maintaining the asset and calibration registers for the Service team
- Capture/ document minutes from meetings and distribute to teams
- Maintain administration of contractor compliance documentation
About You
- Accounts receivable experience
- SAP system knowledge and proficient use (2 Years Preferred)
- Well developed communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Administration and customer service experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to use Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
