Salon Manager/MasterHair Stylist

This role is ideal for a hairdresser who has been in the industry long term and is passionate about hair, people and training.  You will be well rewarded financially for this role as well as work closely with the Director, Evalyn to reach some exciting personal and career goals. 

Here are some points that will help explain what you will need to apply

• You are a qualified hairdresser with 5+ years skilled experience
• You have had previous experience in a leadership role or management 
• You want to work in a job you LOVE and make a real difference. 
• You are a talented colourist and you have the ability to understand and advise clients on best-suited hair colour/tones with confidence
• You love sharing knowledge with your peers and the juniors.
• You would love to be a part of a supportive and positive workplace that values personal development
• You are super friendly and enjoy being part of supportive team with shared goals
• You are able to work in a fast paced environment, give colour direction to your fellow staff members and can multi task calmly and efficiently

Experience with the Wella colour ranges would be advantageous but not essential.  Full training will be provided to start this role.

Senior Hair Stylist

This role is perfect for someone who is qualified as a senior stylist in the last few years and is ready for a new and exciting place to work and call their home.  We create beautiful colours, styles and cuts here for our gorgeous clients and we have a lot of fun, care and kindness while doing that.

Here are some points that will help explain what you will need to apply

• Qualified hairdresser with minimum 1-2 years experience as a qualified hairdresser
• You know your blondes, balayages & brunettes and have perfected cutting and styling short hair & if you don't we are happy to train you
• You are truly passionate about working with people and know how to deliver an incredible client experience
• You are super friendly and enjoy being part of supportive team with shared goals
• You have a creative flair and aren’t afraid to show it off
• You are well-presented, reliable and highly motivated
• You are focused, hard-working and know how to deliver your best in a busy, high performing environment

Salon Coordinator

This role is perfect for someone loves to be super organised, is a people person with a strong customer care focus and great sales experience. Leading the salon from the front so every one of our clients leaves with a high quality, consistent experience each time

Here are some points that will help explain what you will need to apply

• You must have a great work ethic and aren't afraid of working hard.
• You are very friendly and kind and love working with people.
• You know how to follow procedures and enjoy working in a structured team where everyone knows their role and you can help make all the magic happen
• You are very organised and enjoy seeing a job finished well.
• You can bring a can-do attitude every day
• You provide clients with exceptional service and will research and implement ways of bettering what we already offer.
• You will plan the salon days to ensure that all clients are looked after and their needs are met, all whilst having fun doing so.
• Understanding the importance of series, rebooking’s, package sales and consistent results.
• Help manage the team and work closely with the Manager and Director.
• Keep up to date stocktake, retail orders and online orders.
• Client customer Call backs.
• Understanding weekly targets and keeping team on track throughout the day.
• Visual Merchandising and keeping everything stocked up and looking beautiful
