Role Overview:

Lead the aesthetic direction of our brand, oversee and facilitate all property styling projects, while ensuring every project embodies Osborne & Co.'s distinct style. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Guide the design process, ensuring projects reflect our commitment to luxury and effectiveness in the property market.
• Project Management: Lead property styling projects with an eye for detail, leveraging your expertise to enhance homes for sale. Including furniture selections, installations, and uplifts.
• Brand Stewardship: Amplify brand visibility and maintain our prestigious image across various channels.
• Administrative Excellence: Utilise your proficiency in Microsoft Office, Trello, and CRM systems to efficiently manage projects and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Styling, with a focus on preparing homes for sale.
• Exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in project management tools.
• Stellar communication abilities and client engagement skills.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• A professional appearance and pride in personal presentation.
• Certificate in Interior Design/Decoration - is advantageous
