- Managing Brow Artist 

and

- Part-Time Brow Artist.

 Managing Brow Artist Responsibilities:

 - Coordinate and oversee Brow Artistry services across both salon locations. 

- Provide exceptional brow services to clients, ensuring high-quality results.

 - Motivate and lead a team of Brow Artists to achieve their fullest potential.

 - Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for both clients and team members.

- Generate EOM reporting 

- Record, track and order necessary incoming and outgoing  stock 

- Address customer concerns and inquiries 

- Manage salon schedules and rostering 

 - Utilize the very best products and equipment to deliver outstanding results.

 Part-Time Brow Artist Responsibilities:

 - Perform exceptional brow services for clients with precision and care.

 - Collaborate with the team to uphold salon standards and provide excellent customer service.

 - Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in Brow Artistry.

 - Assist with salon tasks and duties as needed.

 Requirements for Both Roles:

 - 1+ years of experience in Brow Artistry or equivalent.

 - Excellent organizational and communication skills.

 - A natural leader with a passion for motivating others (for Managing Brow Artist role).

 - Full-time availability (for Managing Brow Artist role).

 - Must be well-spoken and professional at all times.
