The Role:
This role will be predominantly Accounts Payable with some diversity in Sales admin, advertising, and marketing. However, we are looking for someone eager to learn and expand their skills to be able to assist in all aspects of our company admin function. This includes onboarding, medical bookings, accommodation bookings, and maintaining a complete filing system to support financial records.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the CFO, your role will consist of the following.
- Accounts payable processing
- Processing invoices against POs
- Matching invoices with delivery dockets/services
- Setting up new Suppliers and maintaining compliance records
- Reconciling of company credit cards
- Reconciling Supplier statements
- Assist with EOM PO accruals.
- Meeting EOM targets
- Assist with advertising and marketing, mail-outs, and advertising campaigns.
- On-boarding, site inductions, medical bookings and keeping records accurate and updated.
- Sales admin, including but not limited to CRM maintenance, Sales Support, Sales reporting, communication, and coordinating.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Excellent working experience in Microsoft Office including Excel & Outlook
- Experience with Database software systems (ERP/Ostendo an advantage)
- 3-4 Years experience in Accounts Payable
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Familiar with the accounts processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
