RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximise market share in accounts by driving improved relationships across existing and new accounts
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize performance and career development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of recruitment services and exceed client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience working as a Senior Consultant level for min 2 years with the desire to get into people management
- In-depth awareness and understanding of the current recruitment market with established networks
- Established relationships with active clients and candidates.
- Demonstrates high level of integrity and the ability to cope with challenges.
- Ability to coach and mentor others effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
- Ability to anticipate and manage day-to-day recruitment issues in a confident manner.
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
