This an exciting opportunity for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person to become apart of the Corporate Engagement Team
- Salary Package: From $93,017 to $102,676 per annum (HEW Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
- Appointment Type: Full time, Continuing Role
- Location: Macquarie University, North Ryde
THE ROLE
The Manawari Project Officer is responsible for assisting and enabling the Indigenous Corporate Engagement Manager to roll out training to a wider external audience and manage workload in this space. This role will also be integral to the administration of Online Manawari Staff and Student training as well as assistance of the face to face Manawari Cultural Training.
This position is operationally located within the Corporate Engagement Team with a strategic link to the Office of PVC, Indigenous Strategy.

You will have extensive administration skills, as well as detailed oriented, excellent organisational skills. You will also need a high level of communication skills.
Demonstrated contribution to achieving positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

• Profiency in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Powerpoint and Excel

• High level communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills
• Tertiary qualification and/or project management/administration experience
