We are looking for
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the application of project management methodology to allocated concurrent projects with non-negotiable timeframes requiring quality outcomes and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in specialist teams to develop, accelerate, and implement specific projects and initiatives that improve the provision of health service delivery across NSW Health facilities, ensuring high levels of work performance and completion of project assignments within agreed timeframes, quality standards and budget.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with LHD/SHNs and other state and LHD/SHN stakeholders.

What you will be doing
The Project Officer, Project Acceleration, Coordination & Enablement (PACE) Team will work on a range of allocated projects and activities to support work plans across the organisation. This role will sit within the PACE Team, part of the System Transformation Enablement and Patient Partnerships (STEP) directorate. The PACE Team is an agile project team supporting a flexible approach to project management across the ACI. The position undertakes the full role of project activities including project planning, milestone reporting, stakeholder consultation, event planning, and reporting. The Manager, PACE Team will allocate defined projects for this role.

Remuneration: $106,142 - $125,241 per annum (pro rata) excluding Superannuation

Selection Criteria / Questions
- Demonstrated knowledge / qualification and applied experience in project management methodologies and the application to complex projects with broad application (e.g., statewide application).
- Demonstrated ability to concurrently work with multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders across a range of subject matter areas, ensuring high levels of work performance and completion of project assignments within agreed timeframes, quality standards and budget.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including clinicians, health service managers and consumers, to represent and present on behalf of the Agency for Clinical Innovation.
- Sound knowledge of the health system in NSW.
