We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team an established insurance brokerage. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing essential administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage office correspondence, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Client Support:
- Assist clients with inquiries, provide information about services, and handle basic customer service needs.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of client paperwork and documentation.
- Team Support:
- Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
