A day In the Life of an Analytics Manager - Payroll & Audit
Your role will include leading client facing engagements to advise clients on noncompliance regarding pay roll matters.
Woking with clients you'll review, analyse and summarise legislation using data analytics tools to produce innovative ways to monitor compliance and present insights to stakeholder through visualisation tools.
Key duties
Lead and manage a team of data analytics specialists.
Visualise and present results to a variety of stakeholders pertaining to financial remediation ensuring compliance.
Partner with the internal team and clients to identify business development opportunities that will add value to your client's business.
Use data analytics capabilities, visualisation and modelling to advise clients on non-compliance regarding payroll.
Lead engagements and proposals whilst developing and growing a team
Desired Experience to Succeed in the role
Prior experience in a Data Analytics role within the professional services/consulting industry.
Ideally you will be at manager level or senior associate looking to make the progression into a manager role.
Experience providing data analytics services to a variety of industries.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and summarise legislation and documentation.
Proficient with PowerBI or Alteryx.
Any experience performing payroll reviews or working in internal audit will be highly regarded.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant STEM/Quantitative subject Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
Ability to perform exploratory analysis to better understand data.
Exceptional communications skills when liaising with stakeholder and providing visualizations.
Great prioritisation skills, ability to work with competing deadlines.
Analytical and strategic mindset.
