Exciting opportunity for an experienced Manual Machinist with good lathing, milling and slotting skills

A family run business based in Newcastle, NSW. Specialising in medium-sized custom projects for all their clients' engineering needs. Who continues to provide excellent manufacturing, fabrication and fitting services to businesses in the area.
Your new role
- OEM manufacturing and custom one-off projects for a diverse range of industries
- Manual milling, lathing and slotting
- Be able to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings
- Work in a fast way while maintaining safety standards
- Participant in tool box talks
What you'll need to succeed
- Trade Qualified - Fitter or equivalent
- Demonstrate strong manual lathing & milling skills in previous work history
- Forklift licence, dogging ticket (not essential)
- Have good communication and soft skills, work well within a team
