Authentic Security is an Australian-owned and operated business that commenced operations in 2007. There are working depots in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. With a secondary depot being established in Sydney to keep up with the demand from the cash-in-transit consumer and the ever-growing market.
The business is looking to fill a temporary administration position that would be suitable for an immediate start, to work 3-4 days per week. The business is flexible with start and finish times and can work around someone looking to return to the workforce.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing
- Filing and archiving - Utilising SharePoint
- Data entry
- Uniform inventory/ordering
- Admin HR support - Assisting with onboarding of new team
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department/depot
- General admin and office support for the executive team
The ideal candidate will possess:
- National Police check or willing to obtain
- National credit check or willing to obtain
- Experience using Xero
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Great telephone manner
- Able to multi-task
- Fantastic time management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently or within a team
