Almondco Australia Ltd is one of the largest almond processing and packing facilities in Australia and has become a leader in the international market with its extensive range of quality products. As a bulk processing and marketing business with dedicated, state-of-the-art processing facilities located in South Australia & New South Wales, the ‘Almondco’ branded almond products are highly respected and sought after.
The business is in an exciting period of growth and is seeking to appoint a Manufacturing Accountant at our head office and main processing site in Renmark, SA. This role reports to the CFO and is a key member of the finance team overseeing daily and monthly reporting of the Renmark site operations, manufacturing, logistics and facilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with operations management to provide and analyse operational and financial performance,
- Daily KPI reporting and analysis,
- Preparing and analysing monthly financial reports and explanations on variances,
- Coordinating raw material and finished goods stocktakes (annual and rolling),
- Preparing production budget in conjunction with site management.
To be successful in this role you will have a high level of interpersonal skills that result in effective collaboration with staff, management and stakeholders. An accounting qualification with experience working in a FMCG environment is preferred.
This role is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday.
