We are a busy paint manufacturing facility (99% water-based) with a team of 15-20, many of which have been with us for well over 10 years! Our products are famous for quality and our service is second to none. We ship all around Australia as well as to several international markets. Qualifications & experience
- No previous manufacturing experience required. Full training provided on the job.
- A valid open drivers licence and your own reliable transport is a must. Manual licence is a bonus
- A forklift ticket is beneficial but not critical
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong team player with the ability to support team members effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Tasks & responsibilities
- Operating semi-automatic, and manual filling lines.
- Stacking buckets on pallets after filling. Typical weights are 15-23Kg each.
- Labelling buckets prior to filling
- Cleaning pumping and filtering equipment
- Moving pallets with a forklift
- Assisting other factory staff with their production roles
