They are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including demoulding, finishing, and general assembly work. The role requires someone with some manufacturing or assembly exposure, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail. A positive "can do" attitude is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform demoulding, finishing, and general assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Read and understand general blueprints when required
- Ensure product quality by paying close attention to detail during all stages of manufacturing.
- Prepare raw materials for production as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a strong safety culture within the workplace.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude is a must.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
