Responsibilities:
- Handle raw materials and operate machinery with precision and care.
- Adjust moulds according to specifications to maintain consistent product quality.
- Transition smoothly between different product types, minimizing downtime through hands-on work.
- Ensure products meet quality standards by meticulously finishing them.
- Conduct detailed quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process, relying on manual labour for thorough assessment.
Requirements:
- Experience in general manufacturing labouring
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks safely.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork abilities.
