You will be continuing the development of applications used to monitor manufacturing, warehousing as well as implementing new processes and improving upon established processes.
Essential skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in software development, preferably with .NET or JavaScript
- Ability to efficiently diagnose and debug code with your preferred IDE
- Understanding of core software development concepts and practices
- Ability to engage in conversations with key stakeholders to flesh out software and/or process requirements
- Experience in system scoping, development, rollout, and continuous improvement
- A genuine willingness to learn and innovate, contributing to the company's ongoing success
- Adaptability to a rapidly growing business and the associated challenges that come with it
- A problem-solving mindset, coupled with a sense of fun at work, as you tackle challenges and inevitably create new solutions along the way
- Experience with change management and supporting non-technical users
- Australian permanent residency
Additional/desirable skills:
- Working knowledge of ERPs, particularly Epicor
- Experience with Azure or another cloud computing platform
- Experience with API development
- Experience with distributed systems
- Developing internal software for operational companies
- Proficiency with SQL
