Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental standards
• Align production activities with the business's quality system and goals
• Be accountable for production planning in the Value Stream
• Manage production planning and personnel for optimal efficiency
• Utilize continuous improvement techniques for overall production enhancement

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Lean and Operational Excellence
• Management experience in a manufacturing setting with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, and time management skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and possess well-rounded business acumen
• Computer and technology savvy
