Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental standards
- Align production activities with the business's quality system and goals
- Be accountable for production planning in the Value Stream
- Manage production planning and personnel for optimal efficiency
- Utilize continuous improvement techniques for overall production enhancement
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Lean and Operational Excellence
- Management experience in a manufacturing setting with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and possess well-rounded business acumen
- Computer and technology savvy
