Experienced in retail sales, café, kitchen, and general shop management
Experienced in staff management including preparing rosters
Able to work both as part of a team and autonomously
Highly motivated
Proactive with a mature attitude
Exceptional customer service skills with neat personal presentation
The role will include but is not limited to:
Kitchen preparation and production of fudge & chocolate products
Retail sales
Opening & closing the store
Packaging, restocking, packing orders, and rotating stock
Monitoring and ordering kitchen ingredients and consumables & general
Administration duties.
Maintaining good cleanliness & presentation of the store to a FoodSafe standard
Coffee making & other general store duties
The role may involve some weekend work
We would prefer the applicant to be a resident of the Margaret River area.
