AddressNRW Holdings are seeking a motivated and vibrant Marketing and Communications Advisor with a diverse skill set to join our collaborative team.
Reporting to the Communications & Marketing Manager, you will be a highly organised individual who thrives in a corporate environment and your creativity and attention to detail will shine through in your work. This position is available on an 18 month contract covering parental leave.
Key responsibilities of theMarketing & Communications Advisorinclude:
- Write, edit and disseminate a wide range of internal and external Marketing and Communications materials in collaboration with our leadership teams that further our companies strategic objectives
- Update and manage company websites
- Contribute to the development and planning of internal brands
- Coordinate advertising campaigns to drive employee engagement and recruitment activities
- Plan, manage and execute social media campaigns
- Collaborate with graphic designers (internal and external) to ensure brand consistency
- Assist with internal and external photo-shoots
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role covering marketing, communications or media
- Previous experience within the Civil or Mining sectors would be highly desirable
- High level of written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading skills
- High level of Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress skills
- Experience designing across a range of media (both print and digital)
- Internal and external client relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to stringent deadlines
