This Communications Senior Advisor is responsible for the management of Fortescue's major corporate events, which are to be delivered in line with the Fortescue brand and communications strategy.

In addition to event management, the Communications Senior Advisor role will support the Fortescue external communications strategy, working closely with the Fortescue Metals and Fortescue Energy media, brand and internal communications functions.

• Responsibility for the management of Fortescue's major corporate events.
• Provide support and produce materials for conferences, presentations, and forums.
• Support Fortescue's external profile and reputation, aligned with the Corporate Communications team.
• Provide media and investor relations support relevant to events and conferences.
• Coordinate and execute communications strategies for large-scale events and conferences.
• Manage the Company's brand presence and messaging at global events.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships within teams and with leaders to provide valuable communications support.
• Ensure adherence to the requirements and standards for an ASX-listed company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communications plans.
• Create compelling written and verbal content for various communications channels.

• Significant experience in communications or related field.
• Proven track record of organising large-scale events and conferences.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships with various levels of stakeholders, including senior management and executives.
• Highly organised with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet challenging timelines.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
